POSNEX at a glance

What it is: An online, multi-store point-of-sale software that works without Internet. It covers the register, stock, purchasing, sales and invoices, customers, restaurant service, simplified accounting and reports.
Who it is for: Small and medium businesses in Morocco, Africa and the Middle East: grocery stores, boutiques, pharmacies and parapharmacies, cafés, snack bars, restaurants, salons, hardware stores, service providers.
Price: Free plan forever (1 store, 2 users, 50 products), Pro at MAD 150 excl. VAT per month, Business at MAD 299 excl. VAT per month. Two months free on annual billing. No commitment, no card at sign-up.
Languages: French, Arabic (right-to-left interface) and English, chosen by each user.
Hardware: Android tablet or iPad, smartphone, PC or Mac with a browser. USB barcode scanner and 58 or 80 mm thermal printer supported, not required. Installable app (PWA).
Offline: The register keeps selling without a network; sales sync when the connection returns, with no duplicates.
Restaurant: Tables and floor plan, kitchen display, QR ordering, dish options, bill splitting, tips. Included in every plan.
Morocco compliance: Dirhams, configurable VAT (20% by default), ICE, IF and RC on every document, continuous invoice numbering, data isolated per business, privacy policy under law 09-08.
Integrations: Tkadya marketplace channel included in every plan, commission-based sales channels (Business plan), Glovo in beta, subscription paid by bank transfer or card (YouCan Pay).
What POSNEX does not do: No online payment by end customers, no phone-camera scanning (USB scanner only), no multi-currency, no appointment calendar, no table reservations.

Data: Hosted in the European Union on hardened servers, encrypted in transit, backed up, exportable at any time by the merchant. No tracking cookies on the site.
