Pharmacy & parapharmacy

Batches, expiry dates and traceability, without a spreadsheet

In a parapharmacy as in a pharmacy, an expired product on the shelf is a fault, and idle stock a dead loss. POSNEX tracks every batch from receipt to sale, and keeps your supplier and customer documents compliant.

What costs you time and money

Expiry dates discovered on the shelf

Without batch tracking, rotation is done by eye and the oldest batch stays at the back.

Dormant capital

References ordered out of habit that no longer sell, and money locked on the shelves.

Invoices to redo

Business customers and insurers require complete documents: ICE, itemised VAT, continuous numbering.

Purchase orders, partial receipt at actual cost, supplier invoices with ICE and deductible VAT.

Compliant invoices and quotes

ICE, IF, RC, itemised VAT, gapless numbering, PDF in one click from the sale.

Loyalty

Points per dirham, looked up by phone, for regular customers in cosmetics and supplements.

A day with POSNEX

Morning receipt: 40 references, each with batch and date. A customer buys a sunscreen: the batch expiring in November goes out before the one expiring in March. At noon a customer asks for an invoice with her ICE: thirty seconds. In the evening the stock overview flags 3 products expiring within 30 days and 12 references with no sale in 90 days.

Frequently asked questions
Does POSNEX replace regulatory pharmacy software?

No. POSNEX handles the register, stock, batches and invoicing; it does not replace the regulatory obligations specific to dispensing. As is, it suits parapharmacies and the non-prescription side.

How does batch tracking work?

Each receipt records a batch and an expiry date. At sale, POSNEX deducts the batch that expires first (FEFO). The stock overview lists batches by date.

Can I record my suppliers' and customers' ICE?

Yes, on supplier and customer records; they appear on purchase orders, quotes and invoices.

Is specific hardware needed?

No: a tablet or PC, a USB scanner and a standard thermal printer are enough.
