Accurate, valued stock with no surprises
Every sale, receipt, adjustment or recipe consumption is written to a movement journal nobody can edit. At any moment you know what you have, what it is worth and what to reorder.

Stock
Tamper-proof movement journal
Sales, purchases, adjustments, production and returns: every movement is timestamped and kept. On-hand stock derives from it, per variant and per shop.
Weighted average cost (WAC)
The average cost is recalculated at each receipt. Your margin is computed on the real purchase cost, not an estimate.
FEFO for perishables
On batch-tracked products, POSNEX issues the batches that expire first. Less waste, less loss.
Reorder points
Set a threshold per variant. Products below it show up on the dashboard and in the stock overview.
Valued stock overview
Filter by search, category, shop or “below threshold”. Your stock value at WAC and inventory shrinkage are shown in dirhams.
Guided stock count
Start a count: POSNEX freezes the expected quantities, you count (by scan or by hand), variances are applied in one click and valued.
Recipe stock
Selling a dish consumes its ingredients. POSNEX also tells you how many units of a composed product you can still make.
Shops and warehouses
Each outlet or warehouse has its own stock. The manager sees everything, the cashier only their shop.
Receive goods
Receive a purchase order or enter stock directly with cost, batch and expiry date. The picker recognises the scanner.
Sell as usual
Every sale, even offline, deducts stock once the network returns. Recipes deduct their ingredients.
Check and reorder
Read the stock overview, run a count, let reorder points tell you what to buy.
Made for Morocco
Valuation in dirhams, local date formats, batches for foodstuffs, and stock-out alerts so you never miss your fastest-moving products.
What if I sell a product that is at zero?
The sale goes through (that is real life, especially offline) and stock turns negative. The gap is tracked and corrected at the next receipt or count.
WAC, FIFO, FEFO: what does POSNEX use?
Stock and margins are valued at weighted average cost. For batch-tracked products, physical issue follows FEFO: first expired, first out.
Can I run a central warehouse and several shops?
Yes, a location can be a shop or a warehouse, each with its own stock. Transfers between locations currently go through an adjustment out and an adjustment in.
Is stock included in the free plan?
Yes, the full stock engine is included from the free plan, for one shop and 50 products.
