POSNEX is a point-of-sale built for the rush at a Moroccan counter: everything is done by touch or barcode scanner, a sale takes two taps, and if the connection drops you keep selling. Nothing is lost, everything syncs when the network returns.

Point of sale
Product grid and barcode scanning
Instant search by name, category filter and a scan field for USB scanners: one beep and the item is in the basket. Keyboard shortcuts: “/” to scan, “F9” to pay.
Cash, card or split payment
Enter the card amount and POSNEX computes the cash part. Quick-amount buttons (exact, +20, +50, +100, +200) with change calculated live. Each payment method can be enabled or disabled in settings.
Line and ticket discounts
Amount or percentage discount on one item or on the whole sale. Above a threshold you set, the cashier must enter a manager code.
Held sales
Customer forgot their wallet? Park the basket, serve the next person, resume later: basket, customer, discounts and channel are kept even after a reload.
Thermal receipt and PDF invoice
58 or 80 mm receipt with header, VAT, legal notice, footer message and even the shop WiFi. A4 PDF invoice with ICE, IF and RC in one click.
Cash-drawer closing and Z report
Opening float, cash in/out during the day, blind count at closing. The Z report shows the variance, the split by payment method and exports to PDF.
Customer and loyalty at the counter
Find a customer by phone number, create one in a second, show their points balance and let them spend points on the ticket.
PIN or badge per seller
Every sale can be attributed to a seller by PIN or scannable badge. Sensitive voids and refunds require a manager approval, verified server-side.
Open the register
On a tablet, phone or PC, with or without an opening float. The app installs like a native app (PWA).
Add, take payment
Scan or tap products, apply a discount if needed, pick the payment method. The receipt prints, stock updates.
Close and review
Count your drawer, validate the Z report, and find the day by seller and by shop in the reports.

Does POSNEX really work without Internet?
Yes. Sales are stored locally and queued. As soon as the network returns they sync automatically, with no duplicates, and prices are re-checked server-side.
What hardware do I need?
Any device with a modern browser: Android tablet or iPad, smartphone, PC or Mac. A USB scanner and a 58 or 80 mm thermal printer are supported but optional.
Can several cashiers share one register?
Yes. Each employee has an account, a role and, if you wish, a PIN or badge. Sales are credited to the right seller and cash variances are tracked per person.
Is the register free?
The register, catalogue, stock and customers are included in the free plan, forever, with no credit card. Pro and Business add purchasing, invoicing, advanced reports and accounting.
