How long can I stay offline?
As long as you need to keep selling: sales wait on the device until the network returns.
What does offline mode not do?
Customer lookup, loyalty point redemption, manager approvals and reports need the network. The sale itself always goes through.
Do I need a dedicated Internet box?
No. A phone hotspot is enough, and outages are absorbed by offline mode.
Is my data backed up?
Yes, as soon as they sync your sales are on our servers, isolated per business and backed up. A lost device does not lose your history.
