Serve fast at the rush, know your food cost at night
At the snack bar everything happens in ten minutes of rush. POSNEX takes payment in two taps, sends to the kitchen, handles extras, and every sandwich sold deducts its bread, meat and sauce so you finally know your real margin.
The lunch rush disorganises everything
Orders shouted to the kitchen, lost tickets, customers waiting for the wrong dish.
Food cost is unknown
Meat went up twice this year; the sandwich price never did. The margin melts unseen.
Extras and options forgotten
“With cheese”, “no onions”, “large fries”: charged half the time, prepared a third of the time.
Express checkout
Touch product grid, keyboard shortcuts, cash or card with change computed. Held sale if the customer hesitates.
Options and extras
Option groups (sauce, size, extra) with prices, required or not, sent to the kitchen and linked to the ingredient in stock.
Kitchen display
Every order becomes a ticket on a tablet in the kitchen, with timer and statuses. No more shouting and paper.
Recipes and food cost
Every product is a recipe; the sale deducts ingredients and computes the real cost on the average purchase price.
Tables and QR code if needed
A few tables on the terrace? Enable table service and QR ordering without changing software.
Lunch / dinner, weekday / weekend comparison
Peak hours, best products, margin per category: enough to set staffing and the menu.
11:45 am, first customer. In forty minutes, 60 orders go through the counter, every extra charged, every ticket in the kitchen. At 2 pm the bread stock shows 30 units: reorder before the evening. The day's report says: MAD 3,800 in sales, 62% gross margin, the mixed tacos on top, and 15% of sales between 7 and 8 pm.

Does a snack bar need a “restaurant” or “retail” register?
Both at once: the classic register for the counter, and Restaurant mode (tables, kitchen, QR) that you enable when you need it. Everything is included.
How does food cost work?
Every product sold is a recipe of ingredients. At sale, ingredients are deducted at weighted average cost, and the product's margin appears in the reports.
Does the kitchen display need special hardware?
No, a tablet or an old PC with a browser is enough. It refreshes itself every five seconds.
What if the WiFi drops during the rush?
The register keeps taking payments offline and syncs everything when the network returns, with no duplicates.
